BlueSeed Holding's founder namely Sean Chan has ongoing discussions with multiple single and multi-family offices, ultra high net worth individuals, investments groups and offices about the latest investment trends and their investment mandates, understanding how their mandates adapt with the times alongside their core investment principles. We begin by first conducting a basic KYC on their background and history, alongside their means of wealth generation past or presently ongoing, so that we have a deep understanding of their investment philosophies.

Fund-of-Funds
We have several close connections that might consider investing into funds that has significant track record of returns, strong management profile, and institutional-grade AUM already invested.
Description & Requirements
Minimum Subscription: $1 million USD (or equivalent)
Minimum AUM: $100 million USD (or equivalent) or more – the higher the better
Distribution or Yield: At least 8% annualized or better (not including IRR or capital gains)
IRR: At least 15% or more
Current Mandates:
Global Deep tech VCs in Pharmbio/Medtech, Agri-Food, Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering with AUM of $1B USD or more
Global private debt funds with an average AUM of $250m USD
Pre-IPO Unicorns
Our direct network of global family offices has an interest in to-be-IPO companies that have achieved near or post unicorn status with significant market share and exposure, with further substantive growth opportunities.
Description & Requirements
Minimum Subscription: $1 million USD (or equivalent)
Shares Structure: Preference for direct shares purchases from the company. If SPV, management fee with no carry only.
Minimum Market Cap: $800 million USD
Minimum Financials: $80 million USD
IPO time frame: 6 months to 18 months
Stock Exchanges preferred: at least $1.8 trillion market cap
KYC: proof of shares ownership, and reason for sale of shares
Infrastructure & Mega Projects
Large projects that are sponsored by established institutions or reputable and highly capitalized family offices.
Description & Requirements
Minimum Project size: typically, $100 million or more
Infrastructure requirements: SPV must have either the respective subsidiary of the government (of or itself a state-owned enterprise) as a co shareholder or the likes with government or sovereign-level financial guarantees on the project
Mega Project requirements: typically at least 20% as sunk investment by the borrower or sponsor prior to seeking external major investors.
